I have such a hard time saying goodbye to summer.. so my flowers decided to give me one last fragrant send off before November and much colder weather arrives. My zinnias are hanging in there and my gardenias are thriving! I love the fact that Fall still gives us warm afternoons, but chilly nights. There is nothing better or more fragrant than a blooming gardenia. It’s really the little things that I thank God for. My sister, whom is a master gardener, rooted the gardenia bush for me and it’s doing fantastic.. That vase of flowers just gives me joy!
“To analyze the charms of flowers is like dissecting music; it is one of those things which it is far better to enjoy, than to attempt to fully understand.”
